WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

① For MRD PRO clippers, warranty applies only to components related to electronic parts. Wear and tear during use is not covered under warranty.
② Warranty period ranges from 3 to 12 months from the date of delivery to the customer. This period must be verified by the invoice and warranty card.
③ Defects within the warranty period must be reported to the SHOP at 0962.977.383. Do not remove the tamper-evident seal on the device.
④ Normal wear and tear from use (e.g., worn blades, damage due to poor storage or misuse, motor burn caused by over-oiling, not following user manual instructions…) is not covered.
⑤ Replacement parts within the warranty time and conditions will be covered by the manufacturer. Outside of warranty scope, the customer will be responsible for parts cost.
⑥ Return without reason is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Product must be unused, in original condition.
Note: Shipping fees for sending and returning warranty products are paid by the customer.
